Tonight our seniors are travelling to Knights Stadium as we take on Melbourne Knights.
The last time we faced each other was back in April which saw Gully take all three points seeing out the fixture 2-1.
In the Knights last fixture they took on second placed Oakleigh Canons and fell short as Oakleigh took all three points seeing out the fixture 3-1. The Knights recent run of form sees them have one win and a draw in their last five fixtures, with their results being very competitive they are going to be a tough opponent.
Your Green Gully Cavaliers last fixture ended with a great 2-1 win over Heidelberg United. Another Gianluca Ianucci thunderbolt and a Luc Jeggo winner topped off a remarkable string of performances from the squad in their past three games in a tight schedule. In the league we have been on a good run of form with three wins and a draw in our past five league games.
This fixture is always a great hitout with Melbourne Knights always being a tough opponent. We hope to see you all there at 8:15 pm.
