This afternoon at 12.30pm our 21s take on South Melbourne FC at the State Football Centre.
It’s been an incredible month for our 21s so far, having returned from lockdown with the same winning form they went in with.
Last week’s win was poetic in a way, having defeated the team that ended their winning streak originally in Round 5 which then commenced a run of unfortunate results.
The boys have taken back control and will seek to show just how much when they take on one of their greatest tests in South Melbourne.
Undeniably a strong side, South boast the top spot in 2021 with 11 wins, 43 goals and just the two losses. However, it was only last week against Dandenong Thunder where they collected their second.
If we’re looking back since the return to football, we’ve been the better side. Our 21s produce great football and they’re eager to show it off again.
