Tomorrow night in round 23 of NPL Victoria our seniors are travelling to Valley Park as we take on Hume City FC.
The last time we faced each other was in Round 10 atGreen Gully Reserve which saw Gully narrowly see out the fixture that fixture 1-0 with Caio De Godoy finding the back of the net on that occasion.
Last week Hume City travelled to Olympic Village to face Heidelberg United in a game which saw them lose 3-2. Currently sitting four points behind St Albans on the table in twelfth spot and with the season approaching its end it’s a must win for Hume as they are looking to get out of the relegation zone.
In our push to play finals, a solid team performance last fixture from your Green Gully against St Albans, which saw Bonada and Salmon both score in that outing. With a busy week of preparations for the league and the Australia Cup and with Gully currently paced sixth and being one point behind third placed Avondale FC
Hume will be a formidable opponent tomorrow with recent results showing that they fight until the end. We hope to see you all there at 7:00 pm.
