S2022 RD4 Match Preview | Green Gully SC v Dandenong City

Tonight at 8pm our seniors are set to take on Dandenong City at Green Gully Reserve.

Last week we fell short of a result against Port Melbourne. The boys made plenty of opportunities throughout the night and may have been unlucky not to land a few of them.

Regardless of last week our seniors are keen to get back to the field and re-establish their place in the top four with a win.

Dandenong City has had a contrasting start to the season when compared to our own. They opened the season at 0-5 against Melbourne Knights, fell just short the following week against Altona Magic (0-1), but recorded an impressive 2-1 result last week against Hume City.

Despite our loss last week the boys continued to make opportunities on goal throughout the night. Our boys will look to bank on that commitment this week.

We hope to see plenty of people at tonight’s game. It’ll be our last at Green Gully Reserve for almost a month as we head to the Ballarat Regional Soccer Facility for our next home game.
