Green Gully is pleased to announce David Chick’s support team for Season 2026, with Johno Clemente joining Craig Filer as part of the first-team coaching set-up.
Filer returns to the senior coaching unit for 2026, having arrived at the club ahead of the 2025 season as a part of ‘Chicky’s’ initial coaching staff.
Filer has proven an invaluable lieutenant in David Chick’s backroom team since arriving ahead of last season, and we’re excited to have them both back on board.
The club would also like to welcome Clemente to the Senior Men’s coaching staff.
At just 26 years of age, Clemente has already developed a reputation as one of the most promising young coaches in Australian football.
His experience in the A-League, combined with his impactful contributions in NPL Victoria as Assistant Coach at Hume City under Ric Marchioli will no doubt prove invaluable to the club.
