We knew it was going to be a tough match against Dandenong Thunder last Friday as they always give a honest account of themselves and carry a big support no matter where they play.
In the first half I thought we were very focused and looked on top in all aspects. I was very pleased at half time and even felt we could have been a couple up by the break.
We spoke as a unit in the rooms for us to keep the same intensity and we would get our reward. Major credit to the group because that is exactly what they did and we got our rewards to put us a couple goals up.
Though Dandenong did not give up and came back to 2-2. Credit to them for fighting back and securing a point.
This Friday we’re back at home again to take on Dinamo. We hope to see you all there.
