It is time to make amends.
Last week we suffered a hard loss against a struggling side. Dandenong played well, and upsets are not uncommon, but it’s our first consecutive loss for the year.
Shaking off our 4-1 loss to South Melbourne last fortnight is easier said than done. It is not a stretch to say that our boys probably felt a little flat heading into the Dandenong match.
Regardless, tomorrow is a new day. We have to put last fortnight behind us and work to reclaim our top-four spot.
The last fortnight for Knights has been less than successful, securing a 1-1 result against Altona Magic following their 3-1 loss against a second-placed Oakleigh Cannons.
We are very much in finals contention and should win this match, but the Knights have a lot to gain from knocking us off.
We’re eager for this contest and ready to prove ourselves against a quality side.
